Neighbors saved the life of an infant who was teetering on the ledge of a building's roof.
Thanks to the quick collaboration of the neighbors, they managed to rescue the child who, for reasons unknown, had ended up on the roof of the building.
As seen in the video, people even improvised a sort of makeshift barrier with a fabric in case the child eventually fell into the void.
An investigation has been initiated to determine responsibilities.
