In the middle of the night, I find myself once again with an overload of ideas and thoughts running non-stop through my mind.

 Even though it's almost four in the morning, I can't help the sudden urge to act on my intuition. I decide to get out of bed, turn on the light and grab my notebook so I don't forget any ideas.

 As I try to scribble all my thoughts on paper, the pages fill up quickly.

 Two hours later, I feel like I've managed to clear my mind.

 I set my notes aside and crash on the bed.

 Closing my eyes, I make a promise to myself.

"I won't give up this time."


Resilience: The dream that will not die


 At one time or another we have all experienced that overwhelming feeling that comes over us.

 There is something that haunts us; a vision that keeps us awake at night and whispers that echo in our brain.

 Yet we are not listening to them.

 It is not like any other thought or idea that usually floats by.

 It is an idea that stays fixed in you from the very first moment, even if you have tried to ignore it.

Do you know why this happens? It's because of dreaming.


 It is a dream that seems so big that you are afraid to say it out loud.

 It's an aspiration for the future that may be so far from the present that it doesn't seem real.

 But the fact that you keep dreaming it means that it is something that is possible to achieve.

Maybe you've already tried to reach that goal, but another thought stops you, saying something like "you're not good enough" or "that's not for you."

 I know I have.

 I have allowed negative thoughts to invade me and control my being.

 Soon those thoughts have become my reality.

 We almost always know what we need to do to achieve our goals, but we don't take the necessary steps.

 I believe this is because we have told ourselves a story in which we are not good enough or do not deserve what we desire.


For a long time, I was a dreamer

For many years, I was a dreamer.

Whenever I tried to talk about what I wanted to do, I would start by saying, "Don't laugh, but..." I felt ridiculous about my dream and thought people would laugh at me when they heard it.

 I had a great dream, but I created a story for myself that it would never come true.

 This story kept me from moving forward and looking for a way to achieve my goal.

 Sometimes I would give up and stop trying to achieve my dream. I would tell myself that I didn't really want it, but the truth is that I kept thinking about it constantly.

 I wondered what would happen if I didn't get what I wanted, if I became what I had dreamed of, or if I changed what I didn't like.

 One day, I realized that the important question was not whether I achieved my dream or not, but whether I would be happy with my life if I didn't achieve it.

 From that moment on, everything changed for me.

 The most valuable thing I learned is that just because my dream had not been fulfilled, it did not mean that I could not become everything I wanted. If I opted for easy choices, I would live a difficult life, forever dissatisfied with my potential and the opportunities I had not taken.


Step out of your comfort zone to reach the exceptional


It is crucial to keep in mind that great things do not happen in comfort zones.

 If you make tough decisions and take risks to get out of your routine, you will have a fuller and more satisfying life.

 Imagine what it would be like to be on the path to your dreams and feel gratitude for the hard work you've put in to get there.

 Often, we allow ourselves to be paralyzed by the fear that we are not ready, that the time is not right, and, as a result, we procrastinate on our goals.

 The truth is that time will continue to move forward regardless of the decisions we make.

So why not start today?


 Meditation can be a good resource for focus and clarity when visualizing your goals.

 The more compelling your dreams are, the easier it will be to work toward them.

 So close your eyes, let your mind wander and create a complete and detailed picture of your goal.

Ask yourself questions such as: What do I need to make my dreams come true? How can I become the right person to achieve it? How will I face obstacles along the way and how will I deal with them?


 Remember, getting out of your comfort zone is the first step to achieving the exceptional.

Keep your feet on the ground


 It is important to have clear and defined goals, but it is also essential to be realistic.

 Sometimes our dreams may seem unattainable, so it is necessary to break them down into smaller tasks. Add one task each day that brings you closer to your ultimate goal, and when you feel you have mastered it, add another.

 Don't get discouraged if at some point you lose motivation, it's normal.

The important thing is to overcome difficulties and strengthen your confidence and willpower.

 Take some time to rest and reflect on everything you have achieved so far.

 You can keep a journal, set goals and capture moments with photos.

 Find a way to recognize the goals you have achieved.

Most importantly, change the script you are telling yourself, transform your negative thoughts into positive ones and trust yourself.

Always say "I'm going to make it" instead of "I'm thinking about trying."

 Believe that you deserve your dreams and that you can make them come true.

 There is no obstacle that will prevent you from achieving your goals.

 You may encounter obstacles that keep you from the path you have set out on, but this is part of the process.

 Learn to trust yourself and follow your instinct, it will guide you in the right direction.

 Recognize what is holding you back, get it out of your way and don't let it hold you back.

 You are capable of writing your own story and overcoming any obstacle.
