 Sometimes, all we need is a little time to slow down, to take a step back and appreciate all that is and what is not.

 Therefore, it is important to remember that although anxiety may seem real, the thoughts that cause it are not.

 It is essential to find ways to cope with this disorder so that we can live without being driven by the constant fear it imposes on us.

 Remember that you are not alone in this and that there are many people who struggle with anxiety.

Although it may seem overwhelming, there is always a light at the end of the road.


 Sometimes, it is important to take time to slow down and realize that the feelings we have right now are temporary.

 Today may be just another obstacle in our path.

 It is understandable that today you may feel overwhelmed by the weight of the world.

 However, remember that a single day does not define your entire life.

 The discomfort you feel today will only be a memory in the future.

 So, take the time you need today to feel better tomorrow.

It is normal to be unwell at times.

 Although it may not be the most comfortable thing to do, it is essential to be calm and listen to your soul.

 This is fundamental to cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself.

 Tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning.

3. Exercise: Physical activity helps release endorphins, which are chemicals that make us feel good.

4. Learn to say "no": Sometimes, too many commitments and responsibilities can be one of the causes of anxiety. Don't feel obligated to say yes to everything.

5. Prioritize your activities: Organize your tasks in order of importance and put into practice the 80/20 rule: 20% of your activities generate 80% of your results.

6. Eat healthy: A balanced and healthy diet can help you reduce anxiety levels.

7. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco: These substances can increase anxiety and generate other health problems.

8. Learn to delegate: If you have many responsibilities at work or at home, delegate some tasks to others.
